Our team are experienced in the world of education technology and include senior IT engineers and IT consultants. The members of the team on the bus on the day of your visit will be able to assist you with the technology on board and help you with the technology vision for your school and provide solutions. All of our team are DBS cleared and carry their certificates with them.
Yes. We have the ability to run the bus without mains power so can park outside the school somewhere safe and still provide access to your school. We do not want anyone to miss out.
Access to power would be useful (although we do have alternative power generation) and on-site parking.
The pre-bus visit helps us to better plan your visit so that the schools get the most of the time the bus is there.

The IDEAS bus is very much about helping provide useful information to staff as well as students. Additionally, the students are the school’s responsibility at all times.
Yes they can but only a certain number of students or staff can be on the bus at any one time for health and safety reasons. Normally we can get between half to a third of a class in the IDEAS bus at a time. Some of the equipment can be set-up in the school, maximising the use of the equipment within the time you have.
